1. How It Works
When you call for your complimentary estimate, I ask specific questions to tailor your samples to your unique project.
Then we set a time to come and measure your space.
2. At The Appointment
I measure your space.
Now comes the fun part. We look over samples and zero in on your style.
Then I can price your materials and install, tax included, out the door.
I add the install companies’ phone number to your invoice so you have a direct line to both myself and your install team.
This usually takes no more than an hour.
3. To Completion
Once you decide, then you pay for your materials.
I order your job and give your info to the install company.

They are fast and reliable with attention to detail.
It’s really nice because while you pay upfront for your flooring, you don’t pay upfront for install.
That payment is due at the time of completion of your project. (Extra large jobs may require payment installments).
If needed, this gives you time to break up the two payments.
4. Extra Important Info
Most flooring takes 7-12 days to arrive at the warehouse.
For quick jobs, we do carry in stock products as well.
The installers pick up and deliver the job on the day of install.
The installers will tear out your old flooring and haul it away.
They replace tack strip as needed.
They install over water based radiant heat.
They also move furniture and put it back.
***It is the responsibility of the homeowner to clear all floors and remove all electronics and breakables.
(Special Note - If you buy hardwood, it must be dropped off at least 72 hours early to acclimate to the climate of your space. This requires a safe, climate controlled place to store it and there is an extra charge).
5. Design Services
The first hour of design consultation is free. Every hour after the first is $75 with a 1 hour minimum fee.
